🪷 Recovery Practices for Burnout, Overwhelm & Exhaustion 🪷
An intimate, 90-minute in-person immersion, for nine women ready to restore their body, reclaim their energy, and remember their sacred wholeness.
Somatic Restoration
The exhaustion you feel isn’t just yours.
Sure, it’s personal. The sleepless nights, the constant caring and overextending, the pressure to keep it all together.
And yet, beneath the ache and yearning to experience relief, a full, true breath for your self, a sense of vitality -
feels like something ancient… a long-standing fatigue of the body and the soul. One that never quite seems to receive reprieve.
The exhaustion of the feminine experience, is not new.
It’s inherited.
It has been forced into systems for centuries that reward:
masking and multi-tasking,
self-sacrifice over self-honoring,
silence over authenticity.

Many of us learned early to disconnect from our own needs and rhythms,
to override, to please, to perfect.
And yet, your body remembers.
She remembers what it feels like to move with ease.
To soften without collapse.
To receive without guilt.
To rest without apology.
Yet as an act of being in touch with our divine creation.
The Invitation
This workshop is not a self-care checklist.
It is an invitation to come home, to return to your body as sacred place of rest and recovery.
Through a blend of somatic restoration practices and shadow inquiry,
you will have an opportunity to touch the tender roots of burnout and overwhelm.
You will be invited to:
track the sensations of depletion, overextension, and numbness as a sacred message from your body
explore how perfectionism, caretaking, and self-abandonment inhabit the landscape of your tissues
experience nervous system regulation practices and skills that re-pattern burnout from the inside out
cultivate a felt sense safety and trust that fosters more ease, capacity and allowance for true restoration
reclaim archetypal wisdom of the feminine suppressed by patriarchal systems - the parts of you that know when to give and when to rest
This is where shadow and soma meet — where the stories that live in your body are met with breath, sound, movement, and gentle witnessing.
🦥 What to Expect
Over 90 minutes, we’ll weave together:
• Guided somatic restoration practices that support gentle unwinding.
• Embodied shadow exploration to sense how inherited archetypes of the feminine express through posture, energy, and emotion.
• Replenishing body-based practices that offer awareness, agency and choice to anchor new patterns.
• A communal circle of sacred holding and supportive witnessing to dissolve shame and isolation around burnout and exhaustion.
This is a slow space, with no need to perform, prove, or achieve.
You will be met exactly as you are.
💫 This gathering is designed for women who:
Have carried the weight of being the responsible one, the caretaker, the achiever
Feel drained, overstimulated, or struggle to rest even when there’s time or space
Sense the exhaustion of the feminine lineage they carry
Are awakening to the cost of over-functioning and the wisdom in slowing down
Long to regulate their nervous system while reclaiming the wild, wise, sensual, intuitive self beneath the burnout
You don’t need to be fixed.
You’re just ready to remember what wholeness feels like.
💞 Sister Appreciation
“(tonight) was vital to my spiritual growth and expansion.
So grateful for the sacred & safe container you always create.
That container allowed me to lean into all that was.”
