  • If you experience a menstrual cycle, you can come in for manual abdominal or womb work any time you are not actively bleeding.

    If you are actively bleeding at time of an appointment, low back, pelvic, hip and sacral work are still available - as is the rest of the body minus direct womb / uterine work.

    The hands-on manual work is beneficial for those who have experienced a hysterectomy or receiving hormone therapies as it supports increased blood and lymphatic flow, which is vital for homeostasis.
