This 12 week container is designed for mindful souls - like you - seeking alignment, authenticity and fulfilling connection - with self, others and the world we live in.

Ten years ago, it appeared I was living my best life. Touring internationally with Rock Hall of Fame Bands in front of tens of thousands as a professional circus artist and athlete.
It was a high point. The audience. The adrenaline.
Until my mindbody couldn’t continue performing or masking.
All of the drive couldn’t override that my world was crumbling. Years of surmounting physical symptoms and isolated diagnosis; fibromyalgia, migraines, kidney stones, connective tissue disease, and an increased difficulty socially and emotionally regulating, brought a slow brake to how I had been approaching life.
My background in holistic health; massage, movement + nutrition paralleled my wellness journey, and yet still I struggled in pain.
As my studies ventured deeper into somatics, specifically nervous system regulation, significant yields began to evolve. Subconscious patterns and belief systems, physical pains and emotional and social challenges began to reveal and unwind. Most importantly, in digestible, tolerable ways. Allowing, guiding and gently directing me to the authentic self underneath all the achievement chasing, people pleasing and perfectionist fear.
It is an incredible honor to be present to another’s process - and one I value in it’s tender responsibility. In the words of Ram Dass, ‘we are all just guiding each other home.’ It is my highest hope and intent; to support you in your somatic journey, uncovering and recovering all of you.

Receive a 90 minute thorough consultation and whole-person wellness assessment, inclusive of:
• comprehensive health history
• nervous system evaluation
• postural holding patterns
• gait & movement analysis
• quality of life questionnaire
Your consultation includes time to discuss your concerns and goals, as well as receive and experience a mini somatic bodywork session.

Receive 3 - 90 minute somatic bodywork sessions. This style of bodywork comes from the Structural Integration Rolf Method & Hellerwork lineages. The emphasis is working with touch and movement as feedback for the mindbody experience. It is informed via somatic psychology, nervous and myofascial systems, yet ultimately spans across the entirety of the human experience, working with all physiological and psychological systems.
Sessions include bodywork, embodiment explorations and movement re-education.Valued @ $750

Receive 3 - 90 minute somatic coaching sessions that work to renegotiate protective survival patterns. Informed by Somatic Experiencing, parts and shadow work, these body-based, bottom-up approaches support the whole-person towards accessing a greater sense of relative safety, capacity and integration of self.
These sessions may also include visceral, cranialsacral, breath, and / or movement practices as helpful or supportive to each individual’s process.Valued @ $750

Receive access to a resource of somatic practices. Aimed for simplifaction and ease of applications, the somatic library is an online video vault that includes guided, instructional exercises that offer support when in need. It also contains gentle education resources, to begin to foster an understanding of your process, and support the natural evolutions in your journey.

Receive a strategy session at the conclusion of the Somatic Integration process to reassess original concerns and goals, reflect upon current state and experience, and establish any desires moving forward.
Recommendations, referrals, or progressive plans are available for continuity of care as needed. You’re well-being the priority, we are happy to explore the discovery process for your best next steps.
