These terms are to create clarity, consent, shared responsibility and respect within all aspects of our work together. By enrolling in any of our services, workshops, courses, membership, or a care container -

you are agreeing to the following:

1. Scope of Practice

All services are offered within the scope of somatic education, nervous system, nutritional, herbal, movement, breath and bodywork support.

  • These offerings are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or diagnosis.

  • You are responsible for your own healthcare decisions.

  • You are encouraged to seek licensed medical or mental health support when appropriate.

2. Scheduling & Attendance

Both your time and mine are valued.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • A minimum of 48hrs notice are required to cancel or reschedule without incurring fees.

  • Late Cancellation:

    • Cancellations under 48hrs will incur the full rate of the service charged to payment on file.

  • No Call, No Show:

    • Failure to notify lack attendance to your scheduled appointment, will result in the charge of full service rate to payment on file.

  • Late Arrival:

    • Please contact Faegann if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, to inquire if appointment can still be completed in remaining time. Some services require the full appointment time and will be considered a cancellation if more than 15 minutes late.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • A card is required at time of booking. It is not charged until time of service OR upon cancellation or no show.

  • Payment is due at time of service.

  • All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Packages, care containers, memberships, workshops, events, trainings, and courses are non-refundable.

  • All packages expire within 3 months.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will be addressed in accordance with these agreed terms.

  • We accept payment via credit, debit, FSA / HSA card, cash or zelle.

4. Informed Consent

By participating in this work, you acknowledge:

  • Sessions may involve physical touch -

    (somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, bodywork, kambo, movement and breathwork).

  • Your consent always matters. You may pause or end a session at any time.

  • Somatic work may bring up emotional or psychological material.

  • Your participation is voluntary and collaborative. Your agency matters.

5. Communications & Availability

  • Communication is conducted via:

    • If in a Care Container (package) - via your platform Coach Catalyst

    • If in a Membership - via your platform Thinkific

    • If in a Course - via your platform Thinkific

    • Response time is typically within 24hrs

  • If you are not currently receiving somatic support through one of our offerings, communications are:

    • Conducted via email

    • Responses are typically between 24-48hrs

This is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or emergency service.

7. In-Person Sessions

For all in-person sessions:

  • Physical touch is only provided with ongoing consent.

  • Draping and legal professional bodywork standards of local and state jurisdictions are maintained at all times.

  • You may withdraw or adjust consent, pause or stop session at anytime.

  • You agree to disclose relevant injuries, health conditions, sensitivities or allergies.

  • You are responsible for communicating discomfort during session.

6. Virtual Sessions

For all virtual sessions, programs and online offerings:

  • You are responsible for your environment, privacy and technology set up and access.

  • Missed sessions due to technical issues on end of recipient (client) do not qualify for refunding or rescheduling.

  • Sessions are not intended, nor a substitute for medical or psychological care.

  • If you wish to receive audio dictation of your sessions, recordings are available upon your request and consent.

8. Containers & Programs

Containers are structured experiences designed for depth and continuity.

  • All sessions must be used within the container timeframe (12 weeks).

  • Unused sessions do not roll over.

  • Rescheduling is allowed within the cancellation window, yet not beyond the container (12 weeks).

  • Results are not guaranteed, and may be impacted by rescheduled frequency of sessions.

  • Participation is self-directed and requires personal responsibility and engagement.

Early Withdrawal:

  • No refunds are provided.

Access to Materials:

  • Coaching material via Coach Catalyst is accessible while in a care container.

  • You may opt to move to our membership for continued access outside of a 1:1 care container.

Group Work:

  • Confidentiality is required.

  • Respectful participation is expected.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

9. Membership Terms

For recurring membership offerings:

  • Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • You may cancel at anytime; access continues through the current billing cycle.

  • Pricing my change with a minimum of 1 month prior notice.

  • Membership includes only what is explicitly listed at the time of the enrollment.

  • One-on-one sessions are not included, unless explicitly purchased as an add-on service.

Community Expectations:

  • Respectful, non-harmful engagement is required.

  • You may be removed for violating these standards.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your information is handled with care and respect.

  • Personal and health information is kept confidential.

  • Health information is maintained with HIPAA compliancy.

  • Information is only used to support service delivery, your experience and for administrative purposes.

  • Data is not shared without your consent, unless required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, recordings and written content are the intellectual property of Medisoma.

  • All materials are for personal use only.

  • Copying, recording, sharing, reproducing or redistributing any and all content or materials is not permitted.

14. Unified Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

This section applies to all services, offerings and formats, including but not limited to in-person sessions, virtual sessions, containers, programs, memberships and digital courses.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

Nature of Services

All offerings are intended for educational, somatic, and wellness support purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological treatment.

Personal Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being during and after participation in these services. You agree to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation may involve physical movement, touch (in-person), breathwork, nutritional or herbal recommendations, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation practices, which may carry inherent physical or emotional risks.

You are engaging voluntarily and assuming risk with your participation.

No Guarantees

No specific outcomes, results or healing effects are promised or guaranteed. Your experience is dependent on many individual factors including engagement and context.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extend permitted by the law, you release, waive and hold harmless Medisoma from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from your participation in any services or offerings.

Final Acknowledgement

By engaging in any offering provided by Medisoma, you confirm that your participation is voluntary, informed, and self-directed. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to participate.

12. Force Majeure

In the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, sessions or programs may be rescheduled or adjusted as needed.

13. Agreement

By booking, purchasing or participating in any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
