  • Your Nervous System Assessment & Somatic Mapping Session consists of 3 parts:

    1. An insightful verbal intake to dive more deeply into the context of your experience

    2. A physical evaluation encompassing a vast expression of how the nervous system influences pain, embodiment, breath, balance, recovery, access to felt-sense safety and more. (Assessment is catered specifically to your needs)

    3. A physical map providing clarity, and understanding of your bodymind’s experience, as well as 1-2 immediately applicable body-based tools & direction towards strategies of resolution.

    If you decide you would like to move forward with 1:1 care, your assessment & mapping session is applied, both in cost and in insights, toward your 1:1 container.

  • This is shaped entirely by your needs; such as positive reinforcement of new inputs, pacing, integration, and more. Generally somewhere between 3 - 12 sessions.

    Container pricing adapts accordingly.
