Your Nervous System Assessment & Somatic Mapping Session consists of 3 parts:
An insightful verbal intake to dive more deeply into the context of your experience
A physical evaluation encompassing a vast expression of how the nervous system influences pain, embodiment, breath, balance, recovery, access to felt-sense safety and more. (Assessment is catered specifically to your needs)
A physical map providing clarity, and understanding of your bodymind’s experience, as well as 1-2 immediately applicable body-based tools & direction towards strategies of resolution.

In an essence, yes. All 1:1 care begins with the Assessment & Mapping Session as it clarifies your current expressions and challenges across bodily systems as a whole person experience.
If you decide you would like to move forward with 1:1 care, your assessment & mapping session is applied, both in cost and in insights, toward your 1:1 container.

This is shaped entirely by your needs; such as positive reinforcement of new inputs, pacing, integration, and more. Generally somewhere between 3 - 12 sessions.
